How do I make a return?

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return an item.

Please include your full name, order number, return reason and the item(s) you wish to return.

We're happy to accept returns on any item  that is unworn, unmarked and still fitted with all labels. 

For returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to LEGRA. 

We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed for postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us before returning it so that we can advise you on the appropriate return arrangements.

What items can I return?

Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached. Items must not be damaged, washed, altered or otherwise used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect and try the item on.

Please note, we offer a full refund for returned items once inspected and approved. Your refund does not include the original delivery cost or return shipping, which the customer is responsible for.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be issued after your return has been received and inspected.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer exchanges and only accept refunds.

If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order.
